Fees and Charges

Our 10% lettings fee is for landlords who want their agent to arrange viewings to find the right tenant for their property and entrust them with rent collection.

When you’re short on time and are looking for additional support with managing the finances and for a reliable business but still want to keep a close eye on your property, our rent-inclusive service is perfect.

Our 15% letting & management fee is for landlords who want to kick back and relax, leaving us to run the whole business.

No 24/7 texts from the tenant, no need to spend time fixing various problems. This choice includes the above services, but not only will we manage the rent collection, but our dedicated property management team will also be there to manage any situation (such as malfunctions and repairs) and provide you with a hassle-free experience.

A guide to let your property

Mortgage lender: The lender may suggest you switch to a buy-to-let mortgage, which may come with different rates.

The lender may also advise you on whether you should be looking for a short-term or long-term tenancy basis but will most likely recommend an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy), which is the most common type of agreement used by landlords to let residential properties to private tenants.


Freeholder: This is to ensure your legal entitlement. Most people do not realise that subletting properties may not be permitted when a lease is brought from a freeholder. It is essential to review your documents thoroughly, and if you have any doubts, our Lettings Team is here to help.

Simply provide us with a copy of your lease, and we can help establish your eligibility to sublet the property.


Estate agent: Having the support of experienced estate agents is crucial. While finding tenants is often straightforward, it is not easy to find good tenants.
